The MyZoewell websites — including, but not limited to, MyZoewell.com, Store.MyZoewell.com, their design, layout, look and feel as well as all pages, posts, databases, source code, software, applications and content (i.e. graphics, images, animations, audio, video, files, documents, text and other materials), collectively referenced as, “Sites” are the copyrighted property of MyZoewell, our Partners and Providers (collectively, “MyZoewell“) and we reserve all rights to them.

MyZoewell also respects the copyrights of others, and we ask that you—our visitors, viewers, users, subscribers, and customers (collectively, “Users” or “You“) do the same.

For our Terms strictly prohibit our Sites and Services from being used to violate or infringe upon the rights of MyZoewell and others.

This means that you may not use, borrow, copy, scrape, post, host, reproduce, repurpose, repost, republish, relist, mirror, duplicate nor create derivative works from ANY form of our Sites or Services unless permitted by MyZoewell.

This includes, but is not limited to, our images, copy, content, code, and otherwise—regardless of whether or not they’re hosted on, by, or through MyZoewell.

Put simply, what’s ours is ours. And what’s ours, we protect.

Should copyright infringement arise despite our Terms, however, such infringement will be handled according to copyright law.

Please note: users who infringe upon MyZoewell’s copyright and the copyright of our Partners, Providers, and other Users may be subject to not only termination from MyZoewell’s Sites and Services, but also prohibition and legal penalties.
