“MyZoewell“, “We“, “Us” and “Our” refers to MyZoewell, LLC and our affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, owners, officers, employees, and representatives.
“Partners” refer to non-MyZoewell businesses, brands, affiliates and sponsors with whom we may partner to offer various products, services, sweepstakes, contests, promotions and other opportunities.

“Sites” refer to the website located at myzoewell.com and all other websites, domains, subdomains, pages, posts, and Materials that are owned or operated by MyZoewell unless otherwise stated.

“Materials” refer to the combined Marks, Content and Feedback that may be made available through MyZoewell’s Sites and Services.
“MyZoewell Materials” refer to Materials belonging to MyZoewell.
“Other Materials” refer to Materials belonging to others.
Marks
“Marks” refer to a form of Content involving trade names, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, brand and product names, taglines, slogans and logos that may be made available through MyZoewell.
“MyZoewell Marks” refer to Marks that are owned by MyZoewell.
“Other Marks” refer to Marks that are owned by others.
Content
“Content” refers to any data, text, information, photographs, graphics, sounds, video, code, software, scripts and similar that are Contributed or otherwise made available to or through MyZoewell, our Sites and Services.
“MyZoewell Content” also referred to as, “Our Content” is content that is created, owned, and or provided by Us. For example, MyZoewell’s Marks, blog posts, podcast episodes, product descriptions, photos, graphics, and ads.
“User Content” also referred to as, “Your Content” is content that is created, generated, or contributed by You. For example, your files, photos, videos and information.
Feedback
“Feedback” refers to any comments, questions, suggestions, recommendations, testimonials, ratings, reviews, inquiries, posts and submissions made to, through, or about MyZoewell, our Sites and Services.
Contribute
“Contribute” refers to any means by which Materials are posted, published, uploaded, transmitted, submitted, stored, shared, sent, supplied, contributed, facilitated, distributed, displayed or otherwise provided via MyZoewell, our Sites and Services.

“Policies” refer to MyZoewell’s combined terms, conditions, agreements, policies, procedures and notices—most of which are available in our Legal Policy Center.
